Ivan’s offers a 14-day refund and / or exchange for most merchandise. After 14 days, all merchandise is considered used and may only be considered for trade in value. Original receipt must be present and any open item will have a 10% minimum restocking fee.
Returns
All returns will be inspected by management and must meet the following criteria:
- Item and accessories must be unopened with all seals still intact.
- Refund will be given to original card holder who must be present
- Cash purchases over $200 will be paid out by debit card
Exchanges
All exchanges will be inspected by management and must meet the following criteria:
- Must be in new condition as in; no scratches, defects, or visible marks and attached with all components and packaging materials.
